Strategic alignment with patterns, standards, and organisational policies.
Awareness of external trends and their impact on project delivery.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of managing large and medium-scale projects/programmes using Waterfall and Agile methodologies in cloud environments.
PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent project management certification.

Have managed teams and individuals both in delivering projects and with respect to corporate line management.
Ability to navigate complex issues, drive resolution, and make effective decisions.
Sound knowledge of architecture within a government or regulated environment.
Experience leading business case development, including feasibility assessments for new projects or initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a candidate with over 10 years of experience in project management, ideally with a background in infrastructure projects. The successful individual will be a strong planner, problem-solver, and effective in managing governance and assurance processes. Experience in database migrations, especially involving Oracle on-premise solutions, is highly desirable
