Senior Finance Assistant

Contract Type: 10-Month Fixed Term Contract

Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 per annum

Location: Full-time in the office, Walton on Thames

Are you an experienced finance professional available to commit to a fixed term contract in the Walton-on-Thames area? As part of a friendly team, you’ll be working alongside the Finance Manager with broad responsibility for the overall smooth running of the finance function of the business.

Key tasks with experience of:

* Purchase ledger: logging invoices received and paying suppliers

* Sales ledger: invoicing and monitoring incoming payments for credit control

* Reconciliation of payments in/out

* Expenses: processing reimbursements

* Assisting with financial reporting

Our client is looking for:

* Demonstrable experience in a similar position

* Systems orientated including working knowledge of Sage (experience of implementation new accounting packages will be a bonus!)

You will need to be comfortable working full-time on-site, as this not a hybrid position. There is free parking on site
