Description
We are seeking a dedicated MIS administrator to support the day-to-day work of the Service/Senior Managers. Your responsibilities will include distributing incoming and outgoing mail, photocopying, answering the telephone, and undertaking other general and clerical duties.
Responsibilities
To Input service data into various service databases/including all aspects of student records, personnel records, financial records and quality assurance records.
Qualification – Essential
* GCSE Grade (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics.
* NVQ Level 3, BTEC Business, equivalent experience.
* Advanced –Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Social Media.
Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience Requirements - Criteria-to be Tested at Shortlisting.
* Experience in data inputting in a recognised CRM database.
* Experience working in a customer-centred environment.
* Experience in clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, faxing, and answering the telephone.
* The ability to undertake basic monitoring tasks involving statistical information, financial information and student records.
* Demonstrating good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* The ability to work within a team and demonstrate the ability to work on their initiative
* To have experience working with a Management Information system.
* To process service orders and comply with a central accounting system requirement.
* Advanced computer skills using word processing, spreadsheets, and database packages.
* Demonstrate an understanding of the policies on Equal Opportunities.
* To have some knowledge of Adult Learning Services.
