Key Responsibilities:

Assist the class teacher in delivering lesson plans and classroom activities.

Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with various learning needs.

Help with classroom management and ensuring a safe and inclusive environment.

Support the emotional and social development of students.

Assist with administrative tasks such as marking work and preparing teaching materials.

Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.

About You:

Previous experience working with children or young people is preferred but not essential.

A positive and proactive attitude with a passion for supporting students in their learning.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate students.

A willingness to undergo relevant training and development.

Qualifications:

A minimum of [Level 2/3] Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent is desirable.
