Our client a global FinTech company with UK headquarters in central London.
is now seeking a Customer Success Manager for an 8 month contract.
This can be hybrid with 2 days a week in the office.
Skills
● 3+ years experience in a client-facing/account management role.
● Knowledge of CRM / Email Marketing or the aptitude to learn it quickly.
● Strong negotiation skills, comfortable navigating financial conversations, and dealing with cancellations.
● Excellent phone, written, and verbal communication skills. Familiar with presenting strategy verbally in person, over the phone, and in email.
Duties
● Engaging customers virtually or in person to drive the best relational experience for customers.
● Be accountable for the retention and growth of your customers.
● Build and foster relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders across multiple customer teams.
● Engage customers in strategy conversations to derive maximum value from their investment in CRM software and related products.
● Partner with different teams, including onboarding, Product, and contract management.
