Job Description

Do you have an FLT license? We are currently in search of a forklift operator for our client located in Southend.

Pay rate:£12.30 per hour

Shifts: Monday to Friday rotating 6:00am- 2:00pm/ 2:00pm- 10:00pm

Requirements:

• Valid forklift licence
• Strong knowledge of forklift operation and safety procedures
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload materials/pallets from lorries
• Stack and arrange products and materials in an organized manner.
• Inspect and maintain the forklift, ensuring it is in good working condition.
• Assist with inventory management and stock control
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations in the warehouse or production area
• Follow instructions and complete tasks in a timely manner
