Band 5 Pharmacy Technician - London - Homecare & Clinical Experience

We are seeking an experienced Band 5 Pharmacy Technician with a background in homecare and/or clinical settings to join our hospital-based team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for patient care and a desire to contribute to a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Details:

• Location: London (Hospital-based)
• Role: Band 5 Pharmacy Technician
• Experience Required: Homecare and/or Clinical
• Working Hours: Ideally Monday to Friday, 9am 5pm (flexible / part-time hours considered)
• Pay: £17 £20 per hour (depending on experience)

What You ll Be Doing:

• Supporting the delivery of pharmacy services within a hospital environment.
• Managing homecare and clinical pharmacy services for patients.
• Dispensing and overseeing the safe administration of medications.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Providing expert advice on medication management and clinical interventions.
• Ensuring compliance with hospital protocols, safety standards, and legal requirements.

What We re Looking For:

• A qualified, GPhC-registered Pharmacy Technician.
• Experience in homecare and/or clinical pharmacy services is essential.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
