We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team and help create a positive impact in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will work closely with students who require additional support, offering tailored assistance in one-to-one or small group settings. You will help implement learning strategies outlined in education plans, supporting both academic and personal growth. Working alongside the teacher and SENCO, you will assist with lesson preparation, track student progress, and contribute to fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment. A key part of your role will be to help build students confidence, independence, and social skills, while also encouraging positive behavior and emotional well-being.

What We re Looking For:
We are seeking a patient, empathetic, and resourceful individual who is passionate about working with children. Previous experience supporting students with SEN, such as autism, ADHD, or other learning needs, is an advantage, but we are happy to offer training for the right candidate. The ideal applicant will have excellent communication skills, be flexible in their approach, and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team. A positive attitude and a willingness to adapt to the needs of individual learners are essential.
