Application Requirements:
• Level 2 or 3 Qualification in Childcare or equivalent (or working towards).
• Experience working in a nursery or early years setting is desirable but not essential.
• A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning and delivering engaging EYFS activities that promote learning through play.
• Provide individual and group support to children, ensuring their emotional and educational needs are met.
• Monitor and track children's progress, sharing observations with the team to create personalised learning plans.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, supporting children in developing social, emotional, and cognitive skills.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times, adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures.
