The Role

The school is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher who is confident in delivering the National Curriculum at this level. You will play a pivotal role in nurturing and inspiring pupils, helping them achieve academic success and develop essential skills for their future.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in accordance with the National Curriculum.

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and growth.

Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress to ensure they meet their academic targets.

Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support pupil development.

Contribute to the broader school community and uphold the values of the academy.

About You

The ideal candidate will be a passionate, qualified educator with a proven track record of teaching at primary level.

Essential Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) valid in England.

A recognized teaching qualification, such as a PGCE or equivalent.

Experience teaching the National Curriculum to Year 4 level.

Strong classroom management and organizational skills.

A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Desirable:

Previous experience in an academy or similar setting.

Familiarity with Croydon and its educational landscape.
