Carpenter / Builder - Working across Surrey Only - £35/42k

My Client are a mechanical engineering who have been in operation for over 50 years providing mechanical engineering solutions to their diverse portfolio of clients.

They currently require a mobile carpenter / multi trader engineer to work across the surrey region, carrying out the following works with commercial properties :

Work Includes Roofing, brickwork, slabbing, concreting, painting, and decorating, carpentry, window and door replacement mainly small works and repairs.

This role would suit a team served general all round builder. 

Requirements :

Trade Qualifications Required Carpentry or similar (NVQ / City and Guilds Level 2 / 3)

IPAF and/or PASMA desirable

SALARY PACKAGE :

•             £36 to £42k dependant on experience and qualifications.

•             Travel time paid after 30 mins EW

•             40 hours per week - Monday to Friday 0800 to 1630 hours (30 minute lunch)

•             SSP

•             Company van provided, fuel card  with private use

•             Tablet, phone and uniform provided

•             Specialist tools provided

•             20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays

•             Private use of van allowed

•             Company Pension Scheme in place
