Salary: £95 - £110 per day

LTF Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a full-time, long-term position starting in January 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a supportive and dynamic educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them to achieve their full potential.

Deliver high-quality lessons during teachers' Planning, Preparation, and Assessment (PPA) time, ensuring continuity in students' learning experiences.

Work closely with teachers to develop and implement individualized learning plans.

Assist in maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.

Foster a nurturing and encouraging atmosphere to support student engagement and progress.Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) or similar role.

Strong understanding of SEN and strategies to support these students effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage classroom activities and maintain a positive learning environment.
