A rare opportunity to join this renowned local organisation in the position of Temporary Purchase Ledger Assistant to support their team during a busy period over the next 8-12 weeks, at their rural site located between Ipswich and Manningtree.
Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Manager and working as part of a supportive team, you will be responsible for the purchase ledger function,including processing and coding invoices, supplier account database maintenance, statement reconciliations, query resolution and payment runs.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a proven track record working in a Purchase Ledger Assistant or Accounts Assistant capacity. A strong team work ethic and keenness to learn new processes will be pivotal.
What you'll get in return
£13.25 - £14.50 per hour
Flexible hours dependent on your preference - 22-37 hours per week
