Role Responsibilities:

• Provide personalised, compassionate care for children with complex needs, including supporting them during fun activities.
• Conduct regular checks and assist during the day sits with them
• Maintain thorough care records and ensure effective communication with the care team.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism, empathy, and dignity in every interaction.
• Some personal care is required such as toileting, showering, changing pads.

We re looking for:

• Individuals with experience in children's behavioural care, or those with 6 months professional experience as a Care Assistant or Support Worker.
• A kind, resilient, and compassionate nature with the ability to build strong, consistent relationships and enagaging and fun persona towards clients activities.
