Spirehouse are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor on behalf of a Public Sector organisation in Birmingham.

The Opportunity

The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for general HR enquiries, providing advice in relation to employee terms and conditions of employment and issues leading to disciplinary, grievance and capability cases.

There will also be a requirement to assist the recruitment team with onboarding, including the drafting and issuing of employment contracts, and conducting compliance checks.

• 18 - 20 per hour
• Hybrid working
• Immediate start

Requirements

• Experience as a HR Advisor
• Experience dealing with Employee Relations casework.
