The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Lead Business Analyst for an initial 6-month contract opportunity, outside-IR35.

This role will focus on supporting high-profile Government Digital Services (GDS) projects, with a specific emphasis on Beta phase delivery.

If you have a strong background in digital transformation within government, and you’re looking for a contract where you can make an immediate impact, we want to hear from you.

Candidates must have a minimum of three previous GDS-related projects for this role and be willing to undergo a basic level of security clearance prior to starting the role.

Role and Responsibilities:

Consulting as a Lead Business Analyst, you will work alongside cross-functional teams, applying GDS methodologies and ensuring that digital solutions meet both business and user requirements.

You’ll be responsible for leading the analysis process throughout the Beta phase, engaging with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with GDS standards.

You will be leading and facilitating workshops to gather, document and prioritise business requirements for GDS-compliant digital services; whilst overseeing the Beta phase of their digital service journey, ensuring solutions are user-centered, functional and meet government standards.
