HLTA Numeracy Intervention

Salary - £90-£100 per day depending on experience

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a supportive secondary school in the Exeter area. We are looking for an experienced HLTA / Higher Level Teaching Assistant who is able to run interventions for numeracy. The successful HLTA / Higher Level Teaching Assistant will need to have:

• An interest in how children learn and behave
• The ability to run numeracy interventions on a 1:1 basis and within small groups
• At least 6 months experience working with children in a secondary school setting
• Experience with a range of SEND, including Autism, ADHD or severe learning difficulties
• The ability to build strong working relationships with the students in their care
