Tradewind is seeking a CACHE Level 3 SEN Learning Support Assistant to join an inclusive primary school in Croydon. This full-time position is available to start ASAP.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate CACHE Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support children with special educational needs (SEN) in a mainstream primary setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to supporting the educational and emotional development of pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one and group support for students with SEN.

Assist with planning and delivering tailored lessons alongside the class teacher.

Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.

Develop strategies to manage and support students' behaviour and emotional needs.

Foster social skills and independence both in and out of the classroom.

Requirements:

CACHE Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Education.

Proven experience working with children with SEN.

Strong communication, patience, and empathy.
