Job Description

My Local Authority client based in the West Midlands are looking to recruit a Building Surveyor temporarily whilst the recruit to the role permanently.

This will focus on Project Work on their domestic (residential) stock, value ranging from 50k up to 5/10m.

The ideal candidate will:

• 5-10 years experience of Surveying within a Social Housing/Local Authority setting.
• HNC/HND in relevant construction/surveying discipline.
• Well versed within the capacity of Voids, Disrepair, Capital Programmes, Condition Surveys & Contract Administration.

Contract Length: 6 Months (until perm is sourced).
Rate: negotiable DOE.
Working Pattern: Hybrid.
IR35: Inside.
