• Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the care setting, ensuring a safe environment for both patients and staff.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals in English.
• Drive to various locations as required for home care assignments.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a healthcare or caregiving role is preferred but not essential.
• Familiarity with IT systems for maintaining patient records is advantageous.
• Understanding of care plans and the ability to implement them effectively.
• A valid driving licence is desirable for roles that require travel between locations.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on empathy and respect for patients' dignity.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated when working independently.
