Position: Class 1 Driver

Location: Worcester

Salary: 170 per shift (based on a standard 10-hour shift) - PAYE

Shifts: Typically, less than 10 hours, ensuring a better work-life balance

Work Type: Trunking (no manual handling involved)

Vehicles: New fleet for a comfortable driving experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Class 1 vehicles for trunking duties, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of goods.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor on the road.
• Conduct thorough vehicle checks prior to departure to ensure safety and compliance.
• Support the loading and unloading process (no manual handling required), ensuring that deliveries are completed accurately and on time.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and logs in accordance with company policies.

Requirements:

• A valid Class 1 (C+E) driving license.
• Valid CPC and Digi Tacho cards.
• Proven experience in trunking or similar driving roles is desirable.
• A strong understanding of road safety regulations and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
