Galway Location - On Site Requirement
€200-€220/Day Rate
This role supports hardware, software, networking, and manufacturing systems in a fast-paced office and shop-floor setting.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service in-person, by phone, and via email.
Troubleshoot and support desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and software.
Manage incidents and requests via EasyVista ticketing system.
Identify and resolve recurring support issues to improve service quality.
Required Skills
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Expertise with MS Windows 10, Office 365, Teams, and Active Directory.
Experience troubleshooting printing, networking, and server issues.
Knowledge of desktop imaging and deployment (e.g., SCCM).
Background in manufacturing IT support is a plus.
