Job Description: Site Manager
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager on behalf of our to oversee a project in Leicestershire. This is a contract role running from December through to March 2025, with a competitive day rate dependent on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily site operations, ensuring project milestones and quality standards are met.
* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression.
* Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
* Monitor budgets, schedules, and materials to maintain project efficiency.
* Provide regular progress reports to the project management team.
Requirements:
* Proven experience managing M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) fit out projects.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Must operate through a Limited Company with valid insurance cover.
* Availability to commit to the project timeline (December start through March 2025).
