Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk for our well established client in the Port Talbot area. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by efficiently allocating and issuing works orders, managing stock and updating SAP systems. This is an office based role.

Responsibilities

• Allocate and issue work orders for Raw Material Team
• Utilise a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory levels and manage stock movements.
• Assist in shipping and receiving processes, verifying the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Collaborate with team members to optimise workflow and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality control.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
