Job Description

We're looking for a talented HGV Class 2 Driver to work for our client.

They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of hgv2.

Please note:  This is a full time temporary role.

The Role:

As the HGV Class 2 Driver you'll report to the Transport Manager and will be primarily responsible for driving a hgv2 truck, picking up oil from tanks that are based in certain restaurants. Average 10-12 drops a day.

In the job you'll be tasked with delivering goods to clients on time and safely.

Finally, you'll also be tasked with being responsible for the vehicle's checks.

The standard working hours for this position are 48 hours over Monday - Thursday, with nights out (£20 per night) or sleep in the cab (£50). ideally someone that is happy to do 3 nights out a week but can work with 2.

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate for this HGV Class 2 Driver role will have relevant experience of hgv2.

You'll also need experience of multi drop 10 drops a day.

In addition, you'll need the following:

- A valid UK driving license

- The right to work in the UK

- Previous experience in the field

- Minimum 1 years experience of driving in the UK

- Good communication skills and be physically fit

You'll also need to be flexible and prepared to do nights away and be available Monday - Thursday.

Basic salary:  Up to £15.51 per hour
