Panel Beater

Location: Rochester

Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 07:00-17:00 (30 mins paid lunch, 30 mins unpaid break)

Pay Rate: £25 p/h PAYE, £29 p/h Umbrella (Negotiable dependant on experience)

Employment Type: Temporary ongoing work, with potential for permanent placement

Job Description: We are seeking skilled and motivated Panel Beaters to join our client s team in Rochester. You will be working on a variety of vehicle makes and models, including both passenger and commercial vehicles, ensuring high standards of repairs and maintenance.

The Role:

• Realigning vehicle panels.
• Stripping and refitting vehicle components.
• Fitting new panels.
• Applying filler to repair damaged body panels, including larger jobs on high tops.
• Finishing repairs to match the rest of the bodywork.
• Performing panel repair and replacement tasks.
• Working on high-level platforms when required.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Previous experience working within an automotive bodyshop as a Panel Beater.
• Comprehensive knowledge of vehicle repair methods.
• Ability to demonstrate experience and knowledge of all aspects of vehicle repairs.
• Must have own hand tools, such as hammers and blocks.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards.
