Customer Liaison Officer
3 Month FTC (potential for permanent position)
£25- £27k
Duties:
To maintain sales order updating where required and notifying customer of any delivery date/quantity changes.
Completing electronic downloading of purchase/forecast orders where applicable and as necessary including customer, downloads, MRP Interface and exception reporting.
Ensuring manual purchase orders are loaded
Populating customer progressing sheet.
Addressing invoice queries.
Key Skills
Knowledge of Customer Service with Supply Chain.
Well organised and able to multitask.
Must possess drive and determination to succeed.
A working knowledge with a manufacturing environment
Strong communication and customer liaison skills.
