Your Opportunity
We are actively recruiting skilled GRP Laminators to join the Sunseeker family. In this role, your craftsmanship will contribute to building the finest yachts in the world, admired for their innovation, precision, and elegance.

What You'll Do
As a GRP Laminator, you'll play a critical role in the production process, ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and releasing small and large molds.
• Utilizing a variety of hand-laid materials to create high-quality components.
• Collaborating with a skilled team to meet production targets.
• Maintaining rigorous attention to detail and adhering to Health and Safety regulations.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking candidates who bring passion, precision, and professionalism to their work. Ideally, you will:

• Have experience in GRP laminating, preferably in the marine industry.
• Be familiar with Health and Safety regulations, particularly regarding GRP materials.
• Exhibit a patient and methodical approach with a drive for perfection.
• Thrive in a team environment and take pride in delivering exceptional results.

Location
Based at Sunseeker's shipyards in Poole you'll have the opportunity to work alongside an award-winning workforce in state-of-the-art facilities.
Working Patterns

• Day Shift: Monday-Friday, 07:00-15:30, with overtime opportunities at 1.5x pay.
• Night Shift: Monday-Thursday, 18:00-04:30.
• Weekend overtime is widely available at enhanced rates.

Competitive Pay Rates

• Semi-Skilled: 14.00 per hour (PAYE).
• Skilled: 15.05- 16.05 per hour (PAYE).
• Night Shift: 20.06- 21.40 per hour (PAYE).
• Overtime: 1.5x pay for Monday-Saturday and 2x pay for Sundays and bank holidays.
