This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to elevate their career while building a strong portfolio in the growing vape industry. This role offers the potential to develop your own sales team in the future.
This role is working remotely, as it is a field based role
Key Responsibilities
* Client Relationship Management
o Leverage your connections within the vaping industry to build and maintain strong partnerships with distributors and key accounts.
o Regularly visit clients and coordinate activities that align with company objectives.
* Market Development & Promotions
o Plan and execute promotional campaigns with chain stores to enhance brand visibility.
o Monitor and analyse market trends to provide actionable insights to headquarters.
* Partnership Growth
o Strengthen relationships with top distributors and online retailers to optimize product placement and boost sales.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities through your network and industry knowledge.
Requirements:
* Essential: A strong network of connections with major distributors and retailers in the vaping industry.
* Experience in the vaping industry or a related field.
* Proven track record in brand management, sales, or marketing.
* Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
* Full UK driving license with a willingness to travel extensively within the UK.
* Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Fixed term contract for 2 years with a potential to perm after for the right person
