Your Responsibilities:
Lead Senior Consultant-level engagements on Dynamics 365 (D365) CRM, Business Applications, and client strategies.
Design and deliver D365 CRM implementations, application modernizations, and security-focused solutions.
Collaborate with business and strategy teams to identify and unlock new sales opportunities.
Deliver technical leadership and feedback for solution evolution.
Support D365-focused sales initiatives, including solution development and delivery strategy.
Provide technical training and guidance to customer technical resources.
Conduct feasibility research on system upgrades, considering costs, time, and compatibility.
Offer best-in-class Microsoft-focused solutions to clients across diverse industries.
Contribute to the operation and enhancement of our client's Business Solutions practice.
Provide ongoing support to the technical support team.
Your Skills & Expertise:
Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills (verbal and written).
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in ambiguous situations.
Strong MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Motivated team player with a client-focused, can-do attitude.
Ability to travel to client sites as needed (role based in Galway).
Passionate about delivering value-driven results in a collaborative environment.
Third-level qualification required.
