Job Description

We are looking for a Multi Trade / Carpenter / Plumber / Plasterer / Tiler in the Nottingham area working for a highly established contractor within the social housing sector. This position is working on the voids team in domestic properties.

As the Multi Trade/ Carpenter / Plumber / Plasterer / Tiler you will be responsible for:

Working in void properties carrying out re-furbishments in either carpentry/ plumbing/ plastering/ tiling

Working independently

Carrying out general repairs

The successful Multi Trade / Carpenter / Plumber / Plasterer / Tiler will:

Have their own vehicle/able to commute to site

Have their own tools

Be time served or have relevant qualifications

Have relevant industry experience

Some benefits the Multi Trade / Carpenter / Plumber / Plasterer / Tiler will receive:

£22 per hour

Long term work (4 years worth of work)

Weekly pay (CIS payments available)
