Location: Reading (Preferred), Glasgow, Hatfield, Manchester, Birmingham, Sheffield

Contract Type: 6 Months Contract (Potential Extension)

Payrate: £358 to £480 per day

Mode of Work- Hybrid (3 days in Office)

About the Role

As a 3rd Line Voice Engineering Specialist, you will:

Manage complex customer queries and ensure SLAs are consistently met.

Configure and troubleshoot VoIP systems (e.g., C20, Q21, DMS100) and voice protocols like SIP, IUP, and ISUP.

Collaborate with customer engineering teams and internal stakeholders to resolve challenges.

Play a vital role in innovation, continuous improvement, and ensuring network reliability.

Provide essential on-call support for pre-planned night shifts.

What You'll Bring

Expertise in voice network configuration and troubleshooting.

Experience with VoIP systems and protocols like SIP, IUP, and ISUP.
