Job Description

One of my Local Authority clients based in the East Midlands is looking for a Strategic Assets and Estates Manager on an interim basis for 6 months.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing a team of 5.

Help develop and implement the Strategic Asset Management Plan.

Oversee the maintenance of property assets and keep up to date with the lease renewals and rent reviews that need to be undertaken.

The portfolio is a real mix including community assets, commercial buildings, retail and some heritage.You must be MRICS for this role.

It is important that you have prior experience within Asset Management, from either a Private or Public Sector setting (Public Sector is favoured)

This role would require 2 days in the office and the rest of the week at home.
