Contract Type: 6 Months Contract (Potential Extension)
Payrate: 358 to 480 per day
Mode of Work- Hybrid (3 days in Office)

As a 3rd Line Voice Engineering Specialist, you will:

• Manage complex customer queries and ensure SLAs are consistently met.
• Configure and troubleshoot VoIP systems (e.g., C20, Q21, DMS100) and voice protocols like SIP, IUP, and ISUP.
• Collaborate with customer engineering teams and internal stakeholders to resolve challenges.
• Play a vital role in innovation, continuous improvement, and ensuring network reliability.
• Provide essential on-call support for pre-planned night shifts.

• Expertise in voice network configuration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with VoIP systems and protocols like SIP, IUP, and ISUP.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• A proactive, solution-driven mindset with a strong focus on customer success.
