Benefits of working as a Maintenance Worker:

• Competitive pay rates: 12.42 per hour
• 5 Month fixed term contract
• Monday to Friday from 6am to 2pm
• Full training provided
• Company Vehicle (used from Three Bridges Hub) or Railcard

Duties of a Maintenance Worker:

• Maintain the hedges through trimming
• Strim grassed areas / Weeding / Leaf clearance
• Maintain and clean all signage including minor installations / minor works
• Ensure the site is clean, tidy and free of litter
• Maintaining the grounds and vegetation within the car parks and grounds.
• Removal and/or relocation of existing payment equipment across the estate
• Carry out Minor works: Car-park lining / relining, post installations.

• Previous experience of working in a similar role
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather
• Excellent attention to detail
• Team player with good communication skills
• Commitment to health and safety practices
