Our client, a leading national developer are currently looking to grow their commercial team ready for Q1 2025. They are an excellent housebuilder with strong market reputation and have a number of schemes on the Southern part of the M25.

They seek an experienced freelance project or senior quantity surveyor to step into the team and make an immediate impact.

Ideal candidates must have large volume housebuilding experience (Trad & timber frame) and come from a degree qualified background (ideally Quantity Surveying)
