Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Proven experience teaching in KS1 (preferred but not essential for strong NQTs/ECTs).

• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to differentiate instruction effectively.
• A proactive approach to contributing to school life and collaborating with colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum for Key Stage 1.
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.
• Assess and track pupil progress, identifying areas for development and celebrating achievements.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community.
• Participate in extracurricular activities, staff meetings, and professional development sessions.
