Key Stage 1 Teacher

Hours of Work: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Term Time

Pay: £160-£210 per day

Location: Islington

Application Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

• Proven experience teaching in KS1, ideally in UK primary schools.

• A strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse needs.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A passion for education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and delivering creative and engaging lessons tailored to the needs of KS1 students.

• Encouraging students to develop a love for learning while achieving academic progress.

• Creating an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment where every child feels valued.

• Working collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to the school’s broader mission and goals.

• Regularly assessing and tracking student progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers.
