SEN Teaching Assistant
Location- Shirley, Birmingham
Daily Rate- £95 -£105
Start Date- January 2025
Days- Monday to Friday
Hours- 8:30am to 3:30pm

LTF Recruitment are seeking a talented Primary Teaching Assistant to join our team, providing one-to-one support to pupils with special educational needs. You will work closely with the class teacher to deliver high-quality education and support to pupils, helping them to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting pupils with special educational needs, including those with physical or learning disabilities, autism, and behavioural difficulties.
Providing one-to-one support or working with small groups, helping them to develop their skills and confidence.
Assisting the class teacher with planning and delivering lessons, adapting materials and resources as required.
Monitoring and recording pupils' progress, providing feedback to the class teacher and parents as required.Essential Requirements:
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools or equivalent.
Experience working with children with special educational needs in a primary school setting.
Knowledge of different learning styles and strategies for supporting pupils with special educational needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.The School:
