Working Foreman Required (MK10)

We require a Working Foreman in Milton Keynes (MK10 9JQ) on an ongoing contract.

Responsibilities

Responsible for coordinating daily tasks and schedules for workers.

Oversees all on-site operations, including tracking task progress and providing guidance to staff.

Manages equipment and materials and ensures that manpower and resources are adequate.

Ensures that the work meets quality standards and is delivered on time.

Monitors safety compliance and ensures that all safety precautions are met.

Manages the budget and monitors expenditure to ensure it remains within budget.

Reports the progress of the project to superiors.

Manages client relationships, ensuring transparency and good communication.

Requirements

Must have a carpentry background

Experience in a supervisory or related role

Proven leadership skills

Ability to drive projects to fruition on time and within budget

Expertise in sourcing and supervising construction materials

SMSTS/SSSTS

CSCS card

Own PPE
