Job Description

Hobson Prior is seeking a QA Associate to provide quality support for new and improved product design and implementation projects. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations for drugs and medical devices.

Responsibilities:

Ensure quality processes are correctly implemented for new product development and lifecycle management.

Oversee pharmaceutical product testing and release.

Review and approve documentation for accuracy and compliance.

Demonstrate compliance during internal and external audits.

Maintain product design and risk management files.

Collaborate with various departments to meet project quality objectives.

Approve design and quality system changes.

Participate in and approve non-conformance and corrective action records.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Experience in developing and sustaining pharmaceutical and medical device products.

Strong leadership skills for managing change controls and problem-solving projects.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Highly organized with attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and knowledge of Trackwise is a plus.

Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Dutch is beneficial.

Scientific university degree in engineering, chemistry, biochemistry, or related field.
