Interviews are set to take place W/C 2nd December.
Reporting into the Head of Service you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Transitions team.
About the Team Manager for Transitions:
Overseeing assessments for Social Workers and Senior Social Workers
Day to day running of the team including 3 direct reports
Deputise for Head of Service when needed
Conduct supervisions, dealing with backlogs and complex cases
Lots of partnerships working across multi-disciplinary teams
Your previous experience as a Team Manager for Transitions:
Registered Social Worker
Ideally have Transitions or Learning Disabilities
Excellent written and oral communication
Able to come in and hit the ground running.
You must have Learning disabilities experience within a Local Authority to be considered for this role.
