Job Description

Our Client is looking for a Warehouse Team Leader in the Exeter area to start as soon as possible. 

Shift: 

Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 

Pay rate:

£13.50 to £14.50, depending on experience.

As a Warehouse Team Leader: 

Responsibility for staff recruitment in-line with seasonal demands of the business.

Ensuring all operational KPI's and company requirements are met, tracked and challenged.

Be instrumental in the day-to-day running and cleanliness of the warehouse, managing order volumes, daily workload, and continuous process 

Lead, coach, and develop new and existing warehouse team members.

Maintain warehouse operational standards and processes and ensures all team members follow procedures.

Promote and monitor health and safety compliance with regard to staff, buildings and equipment

Own the daily pick / pack / dispatch function.
