RECOVERIES ADMINISTRATOR – £26,000 - £28,000 – CITY CENTRE – HYBRID – 12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT

As a Recoveries administrator you will support the credit control team with 3rd party debt recovery administration.
Liaison with Debt Recovery Agencies, Solicitors and effective management of customer queries through vendors, you will deal with queries within agreed SLA’s, minimising risk.
Full training for the role will be provided and this coupled with excellent investigative skills, Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication, being systems savvy and strong communication skills, will ensure success within this role.
As a results and target driven recoveries administrator, negotiation skills will be used daily to reach resolutions.
Understanding of a credit control function's operational processes would be beneficial, however your strong admin and customer focus coupled with team working strengths are more important when considering suitability for the role.
