It Support Engineer

Core skillset:

* Build and deploy and support Windows laptops

* Decommission old devices

* Good customer-facing communication skills

Activities:

* Install Windows image on new laptops

* Update hardware inventory systems

* Physical installation of computers, monitors and other IT systems at desk locations

* Must be confident communicating with staff at all levels, both written and verbal

* Assist with hardware disposal

* Must be able to manually lift up to 15kg when moving and repositioning computers and ancillary equipment

* Use of IT ticketing systems
