Business Change Manager - Business Change Lead - Network transformation programme - inside IR35 - remote working - global experience required.

Business Change Lead required to work on a global network transformation programme.

You will drive successful end-to-end change initiatives across the business by utilising my clients methodologies, frameworks, and tools.

You will ensure the organisation is prepared for and adapts to changes in alignment with strategic priorities, ensuring that project benefits are realised and value is delivered.

You will work with key stakeholders to ensure successful and smooth roll out of this change.

Key Responsibilities include:

Develop tailored change management strategies and approaches to ensure effective implementation of change, based on the scope and complexity of the initiative.

Lead stakeholder engagement, including mapping, prioritisation, and developing plans to ensure buy-in and commitment to change globally at all levels in a variety of work environments.

Coach and support sponsors and stakeholders in delivering and adapting to the change, helping them navigate challenges and driving alignment.

Collaborate with stakeholders to assess the impact of changes, using insights to shape strategies, communication, and training plans.

Develop and implement communication and training plans to equip stakeholders with the skills and knowledge needed for successful change adoption.

Ensure the organisation is ready for the change by managing and addressing potential resistance and facilitating a smooth transition.

Monitor, measure, and maximise adoption of change, providing ongoing assessments and demonstrating the value of both the change initiative and change management efforts.

The Programmes include:

1. Network Transformation Programme to modernise network infrastructure including establishing Managed Services.

2. ITSM Service Management Improvements - Exposure to Service management practices including ITIL

3. Make or Buy Strategy - based on the recommendations within the Technology (Infrastructure) Platforms Team, support the RFP and re-platforming (e.g ServiceNow, SharePoint, Compute etc)
