HR Advisor

Contract
£16.88 per hour
Our client is looking for an experienced HR Advisor.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive HR advice in line with policies, procedures, and employment law.
• Support recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
• Manage absence, disciplinary, and grievance cases.
• Assist in organisational changes, including restructuring and TUPE processes.
• Deliver HR training sessions and support staff learning and development.
• Promote employee wellbeing, health, and equality initiatives.
Requirements:
• Associate CIPD membership or equivalent HR experience.
• Proven experience in an HR advisory role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
• Ability to analyse data and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Commitment to confidentiality and a customer-focused approach.
