Job Description

My client are a leading civil engineering and utilities contractor. They are looking to onboard a foreman to oversees schemes across large infrastructure and highway schemes. The scope of works these schemes will include are drainage, utilities, and signage.

Foreman responsibilities:

* Working alongside and reporting to the contracts manager.

* Managing plant, labour and materials.

* Task briefings.

* Putting labour to work.

* Ensuring health and safety compliance.

* Record keeping.

* Liaising with the client, local authorities, and other subcontractors on site.

* Plant and machinery inspections.

Foreman requirements:

* Right to work in the UK.

* CSCS card - Gold/ Black.

* SSSTS/ SMSTS.

* First aid.

* NRSWA.

* Previous experience working across national highway or civils schemes.

* Full UK driving licence.
