Salary: £30 - £50 per hour, depending on experience

About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Online Therapist to conduct virtual therapy sessions. This is a flexible, remote role that offers competitive pay. The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing therapy for individuals seeking support, whether it's for general mental health, stress management, or other common concerns. You will be responsible for guiding clients through therapeutic conversations in a supportive, non-judgmental way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions online via video call, phone, or chat
• Provide emotional support, guidance, and coping strategies to clients
• Address a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, and general life difficulties
• Help clients set personal goals and offer strategies to overcome challenges
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards
• Offer simple, effective techniques and tools that clients can incorporate into their daily lives
• Provide a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental space for clients to talk

Requirements:

• Professional qualification in psychology, psychotherapy, counseling, or a related field (e.g., accredited therapist, counselor, or psychotherapist)
• Experience in providing therapy or counseling (online experience is a plus, but not mandatory)
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Empathy and the ability to create a safe and supportive environment
• Ability to offer simple, effective therapy techniques that are easy for clients to understand and apply
• Confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions
• Availability for regular sessions (schedule flexibility)
