Foreman

My client are a leading civil engineering and utilities contractor. They are looking to onboard a foreman to oversees schemes across large infrastructure and highway schemes. The scope of works these schemes will include are drainage, utilities, and signage.

Foreman responsibilities:

Working alongside and reporting to the contracts manager.
Managing plant, labour and materials.
Task briefings.
Putting labour to work.
Ensuring health and safety compliance.
Record keeping.
Liaising with the client, local authorities, and other subcontractors on site.
Plant and machinery inspections.

Foreman requirements:

Right to work in the UK.
CSCS card - Gold/ Black.
SSSTS/ SMSTS.
First aid.
NRSWA.
Previous experience working across national highway or civils schemes.
Full UK driving licence.
